Brad Reed dedicated 36 years to the West Virginia Division of Natural Resources, serving in roles from Park Ranger to Chief of the Parks and Recreation Section. He also held positions at parks including Beech Fork, Tu-Endie-Wei, Chief Logan, Babcock, Carnifex Ferry, Hawks Nest, Canaan Valley, and Cacapon.

A Marshall University graduate with a B.S. in Park and Recreation Management, Brad retired from the DNR in 2024 and became Executive Director of the West Virginia State Parks Foundation in 2025.

He and his wife, Kiley, live in Putnam County and have two sons, Bradley and Isaac, along with a granddaughter, Ryan. In his free time, Brad enjoys fishing, hunting, and camping.
