Bob Hoke is retired from the Federal Government. He is a lifelong fan of West Virginia State Park, especially the Cass Scenic Railroad. He served as the Treasurer of the local foundation at Cass, the Mountain State Railroad & Logging Historical Association, from 2002 until 2024. He was one of the founders of the West Virginia State Parks Foundation in 1998 and served as its Treasurer from 2002 until 2019. He is currently the Foundation’s Secretary.
